If you want to align your spine, neck and head properly get a saddle chair to sit on. The saddle chair allows your pelvis to tilt in the same manner as when standing up. Once the pelvis is tilted correctly, the spine, neck and head alignment will follow through. It took 2 weeks for my core muscles to adjust, but once I got the hang of it there was no going back. Sitting on this chair feels like you are standing up but with your legs relaxed, hence the posture is ideal.
