I have been experimenting with so many meditation chairs, including a kneeling chair and have found the saddle chair as the best. It will take a couple of weeks for your core muscles to get accustomed and once you get the hang of it, there is no going back. The saddle chair will allow hours of correct posture while seated, you don't want to get out once you've settled down. I highly recommend it.
