Yogacharya Venkatesha is a self taught yoga master. His journey of self exploration and healing is truly inspiring. Together with his wife Hema, they teach classical hatha yoga and yoga therapy at their own yoga center in Mysore, the Atmavikasa Center of Yogic Sciences.
